Lakes and Fishing

All regulations are subject to change.

To protect the natural environment, please follow these guidelines when accessing Acadian Timber lakes:

  • No live bait fish are allowed in any Acadian Timber waters.
  • Clean all gear to protect our native species. Invasive species pose a significant threat to biodiversity by crowding out native plants and animals. To prevent their spread:
    1. Check and remove all matter from gear that has touched the water.
    2. Clean gear by soaking and scrubbing for at least one minute.
    3. If cleaning isn’t practical, dry items completely and leave them unused for at least 48 hours before using in other waters.
Unauthorized fishing will result in suspension from accessing Acadian Timber property.
